dc.descriptionThis paper explains the first findings of the research related to the premise deontic that in Sonora at the municipal level since the legal reforms of 2011, participative budgets with a gender perspective should be adopted from 2013 and subsequent years: budgets which are defined as spaces of concertation, in which both, municipal authorities and representatives of civil society, decide together what will be direct investment in works and actions and public services, taking measures to reduce the inequalities between men and women and the guidelines of the Municipal Development Plan.en-US
